Are you feeling confused and unsure where to turn next?

Little did i know 15 years ago what taking that first step meant for me.

My life had I not of taken that first step? Possible chronic medical conditions or disease, self loathing and general day to day things could be almost impossible.

Like kicking the ball around with my children or walking the dog.

At 30 years old, I took that first step into the unknown. It was a scary thought, I had no idea what I was going to do, where I was going or how I would end up.
I started moving my body everyday in a way that felt great for me. I walked around our house for about 30min at a time. There was no way i was going to leave the house and be seen in my workout gear in public! So i walked and slowly something changed in me. Slowly i began to feel awesome, i began to feel courageous and better, healthier. I started studying books on nutrition and exercise. I started to eat better, more fruit and vegetables. My body started to change also. I felt fitter, could walk longer. “Hmmm maybe there is something to this movement thing”. I thought!

I have learnt SO much from that very first day. My outlook on life is COMPLETELY different. I have evolved and changed every year and continue to do so as I grow and learn. Im not talking physically although that happened too, I’m talking mentally.

Things i have learnt:

I am more than I thought I ever was.

I am able to do anything I set my mind to.

My body is strong and competent.

Confidence comes from within me.

Happiness comes from within me.

I can control what I do not what others do.

The number on the scale does not depict my self worth.

I am not that number on the scale.

I am not my clothes size or how many pushups I can do.

I am not a product of my upbringing.

I am me, soulfully and completely me. I love to have fun, communicate, laugh and love. I love to try new things, face my fears. I love to see people succeed and I genuinely enjoy helping others.

So had I not of taken that first step I wouldn’t be where I am today, helping others to take their first steps. I believe we all take the path that we are meant to for good reason. I also believe you need to trust your instincts and they will guide you to the path you are meant to go on. Trust in yourself, take the first step, start slowly and consistently as this builds sustainability.

Don’t be afraid to live the life you want to live, after all it is YOUR life.
Come and jump off the sidelines of life with me and immerse yourself in your amazing life.
We start slow, we look at YOU the individual, your lifestyle, your body and your mindset.
