Another new week is upon us. Have you got any goals for this week? Ive been really struggling to fit cardio in of late so this week my goal is to get two cardio sessions in. Goals are so important to have. Every day i set myself small goals to achieve. Hey, sometimes they just don’t happen for whatever reason but more often than not they do. Why? Because i actually took a minute out in the morning to work out what i wanted to achieve that day. Do you goal set? Do you think it helps? What are some goals you may set for yourself?
