Thinking about making weight loss a New Years resolution?
How about instead of making it a resolution think of ways to move your body more that you enjoy on a weekly basis.
Like walking? Schedule in a time and a place a few days a week. Like to swim, schedule that in. Like to dance, go do it. Make the time for you, set it aside and stick to it. You don’t need a New Years resolution to do that. Make friends with your body, love your body enough to nourish and move it daily. Eat to fuel your body, eat foods you enjoy. Trust me it’s a lifestyle change and a long term process, not a New Years resolution.
