Our semi-private training program is specifically designed for high-achieving individuals like you who value community, accountability, and expert guidance.
What sets us apart? Our program is tailored to your unique goals and needs. With an initial meeting to discuss your objectives, we’ll create a customized 6-week plan that addresses your strengths, challenges, and aspirations.

 

What you get:
  • 12 week specialised programme with 2 55 min sessions per week (set days and times)
  • Small group training with a maximum of 5 participants
  • Expert coaching and guidance from our experienced trainers
  • Initial meeting to discuss goals and create a personalised plan
  • Ongoing feedback and progress tracking at 6 & 12 weeks
  • Access to recipes and nutritional basics, online programs such as stretch it out and more
  • Facebook community access with tons of valuable health and wellbeing educational content
Cost – An initial 12 week commitment is required for you to receive the most from our time together. After this your commitment is monthly.
$40 a week for 1 session direct debit
