Let me tell you that we all have to start somewhere and if not now when? Now is your time. Small daily movement is all it takes. Baby steps, building upon those will get you to where you want to be. Exercise and moving your body makes you feel amazing, it releases those feel good hormones leaving you with a feeling of euphoria, of accomplishment and gives you confidence. EveryBODY has the right to feel good and exercise said BODY in a way that makes you feel amazing. YOU CAN, find something you love doing, go do it!
