Feeling a little nervous about starting a fitness program? This is the place to start. We will show you how to move in a way that suits your level and ability, with support and guidance. We work on building your strength and gaining fitness using hand weights and a ball as well as body weighted and tummy exercises. Floor work is involved however you have the option of utilising a chair.
All classes offer modifications and are taken at your own pace. No need to keep up or feel pressured.

Not yoga nor Pilates but a different style of stretching working with the body to unlock mobility, improve flexibility, increase body awareness & allow the participant to feel revitalised. This class will also include a mindfulness segment to support mental clarity and health. Mat work involved & chairs available. A great option for Seniors!
